Andrew, Why did you choose to work at iCIMS?
While interning at iCIMS, it was evident that results and impact were valued and noticed. iCIMS has always made development and growth opportunities available, even early in a person's career. I chose to join iCIMS full-time because I thought my efforts would give me the opportunity to advance. I was given significant responsibility early in my career and was trusted to make the right choices as I hired and trained staff while building process that shaped entire departments. I personally have always enjoyed working at iCIMS as my performance is recognized and rewarded through additional responsibility and promotions.
How do you think iCIMS’ culture is different from other companies?
The people I work with day-to-day define the iCIMS culture. The environment expects and demands a high level of performance against goals. It fosters trust within teams and between departments that other people will deliver as we build towards our annual objectives. This culture of trust carries through all aspects of the company as managers can help develop and improve teams without having to micromanage every aspect of a person's day.
How does your role at iCIMS make you feel like you are making a difference?
I come to work every day knowing I can make an impact and difference on the company results and the needs of the people I work with day-to-day. As my career has evolved from client operations to prospect sales I am constantly in a position to help and solve problems. Our customers have distinct challenges and they trust iCIMS to propose solutions. iCIMS employees rely on accurate knowledge and experience to make the right recommendations, meet their goals, and advance their careers. I value the people who make that impact on my behalf and I consider it a privilege to do the same for many others.

Ravneet, Why did you choose to work at iCIMS?
I chose to work at iCIMS because I wanted to increase my level of responsibility while utilizing my MBA from Stern. I saw that iCIMS had an area of opportunity where my technical and business background would be valued. Additionally, the people here are dedicated and excited about the future of iCIMS. The opportunity for growth, my ability to fully apply myself, and the chance to be a part of the next phase of strategic expansion plans is what attracted me to iCIMS.
How do you think iCIMS’ culture is different from other companies?
I find iCIMS culture to be easy going but focused on delivering results. The upper management is very accessible and the company’s hierarchy isn’t as deep as large organizations. iCIMS is also very transparent and because of the transparency everyone is aligned and working towards the same goals.
How does your role at iCIMS make you feel like you are making a difference?
I have found iCIMS to be very supportive of my role. I feel that my voice is heard and that I get the support and feedback that I need to make my decisions and recommendations. Integrations has a deep impact on the success of the organization so there is a strong dedication to ensure that we are highly completive. The support and commitment make me feel like I am making a difference.

Jenny, Why did you choose to work at iCIMS?
I joined iCIMS back in 2008 and was enticed by the opportunity to be part of a high-performing team with great culture. My position at the time was serving as the sole QA Engineer. In my time at iCIMS, I have been able to implement different processes and bring in new test management tools that help drive strategic goals.
How do you think iCIMS’ culture is different from other companies?
iCIMS focuses a great deal on developing employees so they grow with the company. I have personally experienced professional growth by being offered opportunities to interview and move into a management role. Our company’s Talent and Development team does a phenomenal job at preparing employees with training and resources, which has helped me succeed in my role.
How does your role at iCIMS make you feel like you are making a difference?
I have the opportunity to have a first look at the changes that the development teams are making. My feedback and suggestions are often directly reflected in the software. It’s a great feeling to see your work having a visible impact on the product.
