Usually when a career site is mobile optimized, the application process can be done easily on any smartphone or tablet.

There are multiple ways for candidates to access their resume or pertinent work information to facilitate a mobile job application. The first thing job seekers should know is the importance of maintaining an up-to-date LinkedIn profile. The best applicant tracking systems will allow the job seeker to create a profile with the employer using data pulled from LinkedIn.
Having an easily accessible resume or other pertinent employment documents is the job seeker’s next consideration.
