If so, we’re looking for you to join our Outbound Marketing Team as a Marketing Associate II, where you'll be utilizing your digital marketing skills to manage the creation and marketing of our ongoing webinars that engage and delight prospects and customers. In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing programs that generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities for the sales team. Responsibilities:

  • Drives strategy and planning of webinars to iCIMS’s prospect and customer database
  • Partners with members of the demand generation and sales teams to execute third-party hosted webinars to target personas within the buying committee
  • Provides ongoing webinar best practices, performance, and recommendations to the campaign architect to improve overall ROI of campaigns, budget, and programs
  • Works with the marketing operations team to measure ROI and efficacy of webinar software
  • Helps craft strategy and logistics of webinars in partnership with other stakeholders
  • Coordinates with multiple business units and maps their key business requirements to the right webinar program
  • Works to maximize the iCIMS solution-based messaging through campaign promotions on company website, paid channel, and to iCIMS’s email database
  • Manages execution of activities within a defined marketing budget and reports back to the business monthly and quarterly on metrics of engagement; Ensures that promotions are going out in a timely manner
  • Leverages CRM tool to track performance and analyze data trends against goals
  • Actively maintains webinar data, identifies trends and communicates insights to various business partners
  • Continuously evaluate and provide improvements for solutions and process improvements
  • Consistently ensures that business is conducted with integrity at all times and that behavior aligns with iCIMS’ core competencies

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a high-tech B2B demand generation or segment-based marketing role
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or comparable education/experience
  • Proven success managing demand generation programs to yield desirable sales outcomes
  • Requires strong reporting capabilities and the ability to provide insights and analyze multi-channel campaign results
  • Familiarity with the technical sales cycle and how to employ marketing communication strategies to nurture leads, drive adoption, and accelerate growth
  • Previous project and budget management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work seamlessly in a team-oriented environment
  • Demonstrated flexibility, creativity and problem-solving skills
  • Strong results orientation with a proven track record of flawless execution and strong attention to detail
  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency and Salesforce.com experience is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a demanding, fast-paced changing environment that is going through high growth
  • Believes in self and is passionate about learning and growing
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and can easily switch gears to manage multiple project types
