A great product is nothing without great customer support and our Customer Service teams deliver that and more! iCIMS’ Customer Service team is comprised of two award-winning groups that work together to ensure an unsurpassed customer experience from day one. They serve as the primary connection between our clients and our Research and Development department, passing on invaluable feedback on new releases, software usability, and requests for new features. When our Customer Service team is not busy working directly with customers, they initiate internal Food Wars to find the answers to questions such as "Who makes a better burger?" or "Which buffalo chicken pizza reigns supreme?"

Implementation Services

What This Group Does

Implementation Services is considered the welcoming committee of iCIMS. This fun bunch is every new customer’s first point of contact after the contract is signed and provides services to ensure iCIMS clients are using the system to its fullest capacity. They take on the crucial task of driving value by providing services that increase adoption of our platform, customer retention, and satisfaction. These proud professionals adeptly handle the implementation of new projects, from building out a new client’s system to adding on smaller elements like career portals.

Integrations

What This Group Does

Our Integrations Specialists allow the Platform to seamlessly capture and share data so that clients have everything they need in their version of iCIMS. These folks are responsible for building and maintaining an automated exchange of information between iCIMS’ platform and various external systems utilized by our customers. This group is extremely customer-centric, has a knack for data, and an overwhelming passion for the growing segment of HR technology.

What This Group Does

You have a question? Well the Customer Support team has an answer. This team is available 24/5 to troubleshoot and develop technical solutions related to software and setup errors from our clients, as well as help candidates applying for jobs for our 3,200 contracted customers. We love showcasing feedback we receive from our clients on our internal Wall of Fame, Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook, which displays glowing client reviews that tout how well the team helped solve an issue, answer a question, give guidance or just brighten a day.

Training and Platform Success

What This Group Does

iCIMS’ Training Services and Platform Success teams are responsible for improving end-user adoption and customer retention. Working directly with customers to simplify their use of iCIMS, Training Specialists and Platform Consultants champion system best practices. The Training Services Team is focused on providing professional web and classroom training to help clients streamline and enhance their use of the system. Through direct and indirect communication with our customers, the Platform Success team ensures the iCIMS product roadmap aligns with the needs and interests of our growing customer base.
