iCIMS’ General and Administrative (G&A) department is largely invested in the growth and protection of our organization and employees. The G&A team is comprised of Accounting & Finance, Talent/Human Resources, and the General Counsel’s Office. These teams work together to support every aspect of iCIMS’ employment experience from recruitment through training and development. The Talent group actively evaluates new compensation and benefits programs centered around wealth, wellness and well-being while Finance and Accounting ensures the business is operating healthfully. iCIMS’ G&A department partners with each business function to ultimately support iCIMS’ people, process, systems and metrics.

What This Group Does

Do you hear that sound? It's our Finance and Accounting departments hard at work crunching all the numbers that define iCIMS’ success. The Finance team oversees all aspects of financial and KPI reporting, as well as budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc financial analysis, while Accounting maintains and enforces the day-to-day accounting principles that are critical for our business’ high-growth, strong-profitability success. Accounting is often considered employees’ favorite department because of the bi-monthly gift they leave in everyone’s bank account.

Legal

What This Group Does

If iCIMS was a city, the iCIMS Legal Team would be the superheroes ensuring that law and order prevailed. When not showing off their wit and strength, the iCIMS Legal Team is responsible for assisting each of iCIMS’ departments with legal affairs including contracting, compliance, intellectual property, risk management, insurance, and corporate governance. One of their super powers is lightning speed, allowing for fast turnaround time on employee questions and contract negotiations. Along with their super speed, they flex their super human muscles to protect iCIMS with policies and procedures that ensure we are managing global compliance issues and protecting the intellectual property rights that iCIMS holds so dear. What This Group Does

No one knows more about people at iCIMS than the department that discovers iCIMS’ top talent. This group is responsible for recruiting for hundreds of positions each year, while not compromising on iCIMS’ culture. Once we have great talent in the door, Talent Development, in conjunction with managers, ensure our teams are effectively receiving functional, industry and leadership training for the future. Ultimately, HR strives to create and maintain a business environment that supports iCIMS’ mission, vision, and values while also fueling the programs that help employees learn, grow, and have fun.

What This Group Does

The Talent Development team’s strategy is to promote and support employee development and organizational effectiveness by providing high-quality programming focusing on three tracks: Employee, Management and Leadership. By conducting needs analysis’ and partnering with the organization, facilitators service the entire company and even go deeper to focus on the functions to better support employees and managers in their respective roles.
