The iCIMS Project Management Office maintains best practices related to project and program planning, management and execution. This team is driven to provide an internal project/program delivery experience that is second-to-none, ensuring that on-time and on-budget targets are met, stakeholder communication and collaboration is effective, and risk is identified and mitigated.
