What This Group Does

iCIMS’ Customer Success team always puts our customers first. Comprised of the Customer Success and Customer Engagement teams, their main focus is to build best-in-class relationships with our growing customer base. Our Customer Success team is responsible for delivering a seamless adoption of the Talent Platform by ensuring customers understand how to maximize the use of their software – and how to make the most of their relationship with iCIMS. Once customers are transitioned to Account Management, our Customer Engagement team gets to work! This group is responsible for gathering insights across all customer touchpoints to create engagement programs and campaigns that better serve our evolving customer needs.

That’s where our savvy Account Executives come in. Their job is acquiring new business and revenue by finding the best business solutions to fit prospective clients’ needs. They do it in many innovative ways that allow them to communicate the value of iCIMS, including personalized product demonstrations, on-site visits and presentations, webinars, and even tradeshows and events. Once they close the deal, the whole company celebrates the addition of a new client to the iCIMS family with the ringing of the infamous Sales Bell!

This team forms a dynamic duo when it joins forces with Account Executives to provide support on deep dive demonstrations, handle technical questions and integration topics, and address questions or concerns to help win business. Our outstanding Sales Engineers travel 20% of the time, work directly with prospective customers, existing clients and executives, and provide internal knowledge, training, and feedback to all departments throughout the organization.
