Why intern at iCIMS?

Exciting projects

iCIMS interns do real work that matters. You can help the Labs team refine their innovation process while learning new technology, support the customer team and help with data analytics, or lead internal focus groups to help develop content for our careers site. It’s all possible (and more) when you intern for a summer with iCIMS.

Professional development

You’re interested in interning because you know there’s more to education than what you learn in the classroom. Dive in and take advantage of professional development sessions taught by our internal experts on career-shaping topics like presentation skills, emotional intelligence, and personal branding.

Fun at work

Don’t miss the opportunity to make lasting friendships and memories with fellow interns. Compete in a Zoom scavenger hunt, create a music video, join our legendary One iCIMS Wednesdays in person or virtually, hang out on the indoor turf and eat ice cream, or tour the campus of the iconic Bell Works building on an Ike bike. Fun is what you make it, and this experience is yours to grab.
